I bought these for use under my hospital wear. On my feet and walking/running all day works up a good sweat. These are thin (maybe a tad too much so...) but give room to breathe and yes, keep those thighs from rubbing. They also worked great as PJ's. Don't even think about wearing them under snug pants or jeans.

These are great for relaxing and lounging around. I purchased them thinking they were similar to the fitted boxer style. They give a very light, airy feel which is smooth and silky. Fit is good, just not enough support in this boxer style. So, I use them for lounging around, sleeping, etc. where support isn't really a factor. Great feel!!

Great feel and comfort. Great for relaxing in also. I purchased these thinking they were more of a fitted boxer. I still really like them, just not much support for a man. And with the leg only 3 to 4 inches long, I have encounter a few surprises at times. But, normally not a problem.

I wear both regular briefs and the long legged briefs. These are really comfortable under slacks and I like the softness of the fabric and the colors. They are really cool in the summer.

If you think there's a chance these might be cotton, forget it - they are nylon. There is a very small piece of cotton in the crotch. I would have preferred cotton, but took a chance w/these. They are confy, keep my legs from rubbing when walking in the heat which is why I wanted them. We take walking breaks at work and walk 1-2 miles. No heat rash between thighs is a good thing. I will soon buy some cotton ones from [...], but these are ok too.
