I am used to thick, warm soft flannel. This gown is made with thin flannel that doesn't keep you as warm as you would expect.

I bought this nightgown for my Mom, who loves flannel nightgowns. She is pear-shaped and it was way too big in the top (shoulders/chest area) though it fit pretty well in the hips. We're going to return and go down a size to see if that will work. Pretty colors, she liked it all except for it being way too big.

I own 4 of these and I am getting ready to buy the last one. The spearmint and Ivory are thicker and much warmer. The plaids are thinner and not as warm. They are all very comfortable, I love that they have pockets. The arms are long and I loved that as well. The ivory seemed to pill in the first wash. Because of the comfort of these gowns, even though I am not thrilled about plaid I am giving this a 5 star rating

I now have three of these, two soft plaids and one warm flannel. They wash up beautifully and retain their softness. I get a size bigger than I usually wear so I can wear them over my normal clothes if I get chilled. The sleeve band is a little restrictive but I just cut them off and hem them with a piece of elastic. Would recomend them to anyone that likes a long warm snuggly nightie.

You need to let customers know this is not a warm flannel gown. Everything else about it is perfect.

It is very comfortable. But I expected it to be thicker/warmer since it is flannel.

I would have LOVED the gown, except for the sleeves. I didn't realize that the cuffs wouldn't give any. I like to push the sleeves up to wash my hands/dishes. Thanks for asking my opinion. I'll be more careful in the future

Pros: Nice comfy lightweight flannel gown. I like not having collars and ruffles and all the other stuff that reduces comfort. (I did have to cut out the scratchy tags, though.)

Neutral: It is not bad in a cool room, but not quite warm enough for chilly or drafty conditions.

Cons: The cuffs could be a little bigger around. They are almost too tight to get past my hands. The gown shrinks in length with washing. The sweep is not quite generous enough to tuck my knees under.
