Having read all the reviews, I ordered one size up from normal (size 8 rather than size 6). Good decision. The dress and jacket fit very well and were flattering. Unfortunately, the ruffle collar did not lay right and was not professional enough for what I was looking for (large professional conferences). Polyester crepe material and lining were cheap and disappointing --and too hot for Florida climate. I was tempted given the fit, but am sending it back. Outfit would be better for more dressy church functions, weddings, funerals, or more conservative work functions in cooler climes. Recommendation to a friend depends on what she's looking for

This is an "elegant" dress but very easy to care for. Nice for special occasions. Light weight jacket for cooler evenings and air conditioned venues.

I planned to wear this suit for work, a suit with some style and flare. But the fit is too tight in the waist, if you are a 25-26 inch waist you will fit into this suit, but not any larger. So I had to return it.

I order clothes to wear to work. This fit was not comfortable through the chest area, and it was not my color. I returned it. (1st time)

This is a versital outfit, but a little more outdated than I expected. It didn't quite have the pop I was looking for. It's fine for the office or a special occasion. I'm not usually a trendy dresser, but this one made me feel a little frumpy.

Sheath dress fits from waist up, hip is just a bit small, dress falls without wrinkle in the front. The back view shows wrinkles across the back where the dress does not fit correctly at the hip. Could recommend to a person with similar proportions to mine but with a smaller hip.

I returned the dress because it did not fit in the middle range, but all the rest fit perfectly. I thought about getting a size up to fit my mid section but it would have been too big everywhere else. I fit a size 14 everywhere else.

Nice dress. Love the ruffle around the neckline of the jacket, looks femenine. I ordered the olive color to wear to an anniversary celebration in Oct. I hope I will enjoy wearing it, I ordered up a size, because JG HOOK brand runs so small.
