        I've been looking for 4 yrs and now I have a source for regular sweatpants.

        Because of my size, (3X), most retail outlets don't have my size, plus now most don't carry the regular fleece, it's all nylon, or no elastic cuffs so my 3X pants are way too long.

        I'll be shopping here again!

              The sweat pants run about a size big, so keep that in mind when ordering. They are a comfortable weight with a good elastic waistband. The draw string is made of a very dry harsh weave so the knot you tie will not slip. The only problem is the string grips as you try to tighten, so you aren't able to get them tight enough. I am one of those who wears my pants very low, however, I took out the draw string and pulled them up to the larger part of my waist, and they are comfortable. No tight string to bind when you sit and expand.
