              I bought three pairs of dress pants for business use. I ordered 40" waist and 38" inseam. I only regret the inseam is about 0.5 to 0.75 inch too long. The waist is about 1.0 inch too large. I'm not used to being able to buy pants and have them be too big. My problem is usually clothes are too small and not very stylish. These pants are great!!! The material is durable. The pants are comfortable and the color is true to the catalog picture.

              Being able to have the inseam "Hem" was a great plus. In the past I have used tape/glue to make shorter. Not everyone who is a 48 waist is 6'-3".
              Price is a little high, but I needed some nice dress slacks for Church. I don't like to preach in jeans. I would purchase more.
