I really wanted to love this, it seemed comfortable for fall/winter wear. However...the cut of the shoulders and the style of the collar made my already slopey shoulders look even more slopey. I reluctantly mailed it back. It had potential, but not for my body shape.

I was disappointed in the color. It was supposed to be turquoise and it is more of a light green. I thought the material was going to be of a "flat" material but this is more of a fleece quality that you would find in a sweatshirt. I had thought this would be good in working conditions but I have to now use this in my casual/household daily wear when I am not working or going to a career/casual setting atmosphere, which was the original intended purchase.

I am a very casual person, but I like to look nice when I go places. This top fits the bill. It is warm, for spring mornings, but not to warm as the day progresses. My husband and I spend alot of time either driving in the mountains or going to the beach, this shirt is great for both. Does not wrinkle like some shirts do, when driving for awhile. I will buy more in different colors.

I like comfortable clothes to relax in and this top is soft and roomy...perhaps too roomy. I'd planned on wearing this for casual get togethers, shopping, errands,etc. but it's so huge it looks ridiculous so I just wear it around the house, not out anywhere. The Large is more like an XXX Large so you might want to order a size smaller.

I have several of these tunics now and like them all. They are warm in chilly weather, come in great colors and although I haven't washed one yet, I expect them to wash very well. I'm retired, have scoliosis and look for styles which will hang well on my torso with my crooked back. These hold their shape well and I look only for styles which won't emphasize my curved back.

I will wear the Embroidered Layered Look Sherpa Tunics (Chocolate, Navy Blue and Rosemary Colors) with Corduroy Pants in Camel that will look great with this and also khaki casual pants on a cooler spring or fall day. The Navy Blue I can wear with Navy Sweatpants or navy casual pants. The colors are great because it will go very well with khahi or camel or navy blue. I live in the Northeast so I can get actually three seasons from these sweatshirts and the three sweatshirts were such a bargain as well as I got all of them on a clearance!

I already own four of these tunics and I like them. Since they were offered now for a great price, I ordered two more in different colors. The only negatives were the crooked inserts, so I removed all of them, but one, the only straight one. These tunics are comfortable on chilly days.

This is a pretty sweatshirt, but I was somewhat disappointed in the fit. It is a little tight across the shoulders but the rest of it seems true to size. I am not busty or bigger in shoulder area. It just feels it was made a little "skimpy" in that ares.

I'll wear this on week ends and perhaps to work on colder days, in Middle Georgia that's temperatures in the 40's. It is cut on the big side which usually I look for often selecting one size up when ordering, thinking better too big than too small. This one would be plenty roomy at real size. Color is great in the brown and washed up nice too. I did not go wrong on this selection.

I have two of these. In one I took the panel out because I prefer a plain V-neck. But for the other I didn't have time and just wore it. Got compliments both times. So it works either way.
My con applies to most long-sleeved wear in large sizes: The sleeves are too floppy at the wrist. So I only buy ones with sleeves that are easy to take in. I did these in less than ten minutes.

I use the product as a sweatshirt type top. I did not like the insert, so I took it out and I like the top better. The insert's fabric did not fit with the sherpa body of the top. It was also annoying, as are the tags at the neck, which I also removed. Otherwise, it's okay. All American Comfort tops all run about a half size smaller than other brands you sell.

I loved this blouse, and I followed manufacturer's instructions on washing clothes that bleed easily. I even used Tide Total Care, but irregardless, it bleed very heavily. It didn't do much damage to my other clothes, except tinge a few things pink!!!!!!!! The little "layer" at the neckline is light pink now too. I probably should've washed it seperately first, but I couldn't wait to get it on. If you buy it, try that first.

I wore this tunic just after recieving it to work on a particularly cold night. I found that it was warm enough that I didn't need to wear a jacket and that was great. I also found that it spot cleans very easily when I dropped some orange onto it after peeling an orange for myself and my employer. Great buy in my opinion!

But the snug sleeves are really annoying, as it makes it impossible to wear anything under it that isn't sleeveless.

This sherpa top was on sale so I bought it. It did not look too appealing in picture and not in many colors, but I needed charcoal top. To my surprise, it was wonderful! I just love it. Warm, and is very, very slimming looking and professional looking, not sloppy. Runs just a tad large to size, but makes it more comfortable that way and I have long arms and this top was great fitting. I really like this top very much.

This shirt is GREAT!! It is warm, but not too thick. Comfy, but not too large. I bought the chocolate and will buy other colors. This is great for being outdoors on a cool day or evening and is adorable paired w/ jeans. Very soft feel.

The fabric is nice and the style idea is good, but the cut is dreadful. For a top this long, the thicker fabric adds bulk where you may not want it. My shoulders look tiny and my hips enormous, even though I'm a proportioned size 16. However, it is very cozy and I decided to keep it just to wear around the house when I'm not going anywhere. For sipping tea on a cold winter day, this might be a good item for you.

Really Comfy. Toasty warm, but not so much so that you feel sweaty. Terrific length for covering those extra pounds. The colors are so pretty. I ordered the green and the violet. I wear them when I want to feel the comfort of a sweatsuit, but I want to look just a little nicer and more pulled together.

The tunic lenghth of 30" is really too long for a 5'5" person. The material is not as heavy as it appeared in the photo but it will still be great for cooler days. Plan to wear often.

I bought two of these Layered look Sherpa tunic last year. They looked so good--even after washing, that I bought three more this year. If they have more colors next year, I will buy more. This shirt goes well with skirts, slacks, and jeans. It feels warm and cozy on cold, damp days.

I just love this top! I ended up buying 4 of them. They are very comfortable, sliming, and wash well. Hardly any wrinkles! Also I had a couple of food stains on them, which came out easily. No CONS!

I was disappointed with the products when I received them. I feel it is womewhat false advertising. You say you are for plus size but your models cetainly are NOT plus size. I am also not plus size but when I saw the models modeling the clothes I thought that if I ordered the smallest size it would be ok. The shirts are still too big and now I have to pay to have them tailored. I think you are a very good company for plus size and you have a great selection. but you should use models who are plus size. If I saw bigger models in the pictures I would have known this wasn't for me.

I love this shirt! its even prettier in person and so comfy! its not as thick nor bulky nor overly warm as I was worried it would be, but it still keeps me warm while not making me wish Id worn a lighter shirt... and since its not as thick and bulky it hangs really nice! ..the fit is nice too.. .I find it hard to find clothes that actually fit well and feel good..but this shirt is now a favorite! and the embroidery on it is really nice... I cant be happier! I bought the grey one.. love it love it!

This shirt is soft and colors are pretty. My problem is I am short and all of the shirts in the catalog are 28 and 30 long. I bought two colors. I washed one HOPING it would shrink. No such luck. I have worn this shirt out to the movies. It is flattering and comfortable. It washes well and doesn't shrink up. It isn't real heavy, which I why I didn't give it a higher quality rating, mostly because of the material. But I do love it and would buy it again and recommend this top to my friends.

I recently went up a size when ordering, not because I have gained weight, but because items are not running true to size. Well, this one runs way too big all over. Because I was also disappointed in the color and the material, I am returning for a refund, not an exchange.
