I love this gown, i bought it to wear as a bathrobe for the warmer weather intead of my heavy chenile robe. its very comfortable and true to size. i washed it and the colors did NOT run, nor did it shrink. After a long day, its what i reach for to put on and relax.

Love this nightgown. I now have two. Be careful when you wash this. Use only cold water and don't over dry or it will shrink a little. I usually wear a size 12, found the Med a little snug, but still very comfortable. I bought the second one in Large, and is just right. You can't go wrong with these.

The only con is the ribbon it is in the way if you want to undo the buttons and it doesn't stay tied so it tickles. I simply cut it off.

BUT the pros are so so many. It's like your most comfy long sleeve Tshirt only longer. Finally, a summer weight material with long sleeves. Don't know if you've noticed but as I've gained some weight my upper arms have too. So I like to wear 3/4 to full length sleeves to "hide" them. This gown fits all the criteria including the unbuttonable placket at the neckline.

Please continue this product and offer it in nice solid colors as well.

I love this nightgown! This is the second one I purchased, so I must like it a lot, but there is one thing that I'm slightly upset about... Before waching the nightgown reached the top of my feet. After one washing it was several inches shorter and after washing a second time it was even shorter! My husband does the wash (I know, I'm lucky), and he washes everything with warm water and can't remember to let some things air dry (I've totally given up on sweaters - ha ha) so those things might help this item. I love it otherwise and the only direction it shrinks is UP, it hasn't gotten tight or binding in any other way, just shrunk in length.

The only thing I didn't like about it, was that it shrank a little when I washed it - but only in length, the overall fit didn't change at all. I really, really like long (to the top of my feet) gowns, and this was perfect before I washed it, but a little shorter after. I still love it though and I'm looking forward to wearing it for a long time. I think it will even be perfect for summer nights with the A/C on. I'm glad I found this catalogue!

I bought this because I wanted something more light weight than flannel. When I first wore it, it was the correct length, but when I washed it it shrunk up to mid calf length. So now I wear it with pj bottoms and it is ok just not what I wanted to do!. Kind of disappointed that it shurnk up so much.

Only worn a couple of nights, haven't laundred yet but I am expecting it to shrink. It already is too short. Measures a little over 50 inches listed as 52. I assumed by the picture that it would be a little above the ankle. YOU MUST HAVE SHORT MODELS because everything looks long enough in the catalog and online.

Feels a bit stiff and itchy before it is washed, and feels comfy and soft after washing and drying. But this fabric, as all-cotton fabrics do, always shrinks and the long, long 52-inch length I like shrinks to midcalf. Of course, this is a lot better than a short gown shrinking, so I purpose order it in a size larger -- as it also shrinks in size.

This gown is great the only problem I had with it was the ribbon around the neck line frays very eaily especially after washing and doesn't stay tied very well, could probably do without it. All in All good and I would order again.

I'm between tall and average so it feels short to me - especially after washing. This gown is a good winter weight and well made but I had to wash it before I could wear it because the color (green) was coming off on my hands. It held up well through washing but is shorter now, even though I air dried it on a hanger. Also, the ribbon drawstring at the neckline gets tangled up in the cross pendant which I wear all the time - a little frustrating.

Overall it's a nice knit gown, but I prefer the flannel, snap-front, empire-waist gowns.

It's impossible to find any large size long cotton nightgowns in my area (NY, NY) so I have to order from your catalogs -- which is OK as long I anticipate color loss and (especially shrinkage) from machine washing even in cold water. I always order a size larger, but that doesn't solve the problem of continued length shrinkage. The length usually stabilizes after 3 washings or so.

i really liked the look of this in the catolog. i thought it would be a real warm nightgown. but after i received it i see that its going to be better to wear when the nights are just cool. for me, the neckline is too low for cold weather, when its cold i like the neckline to be up more and when looking at it in the catolog it looked like it would be so i was a little disappointed about that but i liked it so well i decided to keep it and just wear it when the nights arent so cold....i havent washed it yet but it looks like it will wash up fine.

I'm petite and I wish it were a little longer, so it wouldn't shrink as much in the wash. Otherwise, I love it. I just wear socks to avoid ankle drafts.

This gown is warm, but not TOO warm, like flannel can be. Perfect for a "woman of a certain age" here in the south. I recommend washing this gown in cold water with vinegar first to set the color, or it will fade a bit. Still, I love this gown!

I absolutely LOVED this nightgown, UNTIL I washed and dried it! It shrank over 4 in. in overall length, and the sleeves also shrank about 4 in.

If it weren't for the shrinking problem, I would have given this a 5 star rating and have ordered several more. This would have been exactly the gown I had been searching for if it had not shrunk.

I wear this nightgown year round and it's fabric wears very well. The only real flaw it has is that the length of the sleeves and hem shrink when you wash and dry it.

I would prefer a heavier weight fabric for winter and sleeves that have a wristband or elastic in them.

However, the nightgown is pretty much as advertised.

I've had so many compliments since I bought this nightgown. It's very comfortable for lounging around the house and for sleeping. It did shrink a little in length after the first wash, but after all, it's cotton knit.

I fortunately bought it a little bigger than I wear and am glad I did as it shrunk quite a bit when I washed it... if you are heavy set or big, order a size bigger as it will get shorter and shrink... it has a nice color or design (I picked the green)... the ribbon was cheap and thin tho...

The sleeves are the most comfortable I've had for years - nicely tapered and no wrist bands, so no restrictions. The neck is strangely designed with a drawstring ribbon that is poor quality, doesn't stay tied, and is too long. The skirt is a bit too tight. I like my nightgowns full and loose so they don't restrict when I turn over in bed. More flare, more material in the skirt would have made this gown near perfect.

I still have two of these from last year, they have held up nicely from a years worth of washing. My only complaint, (which isn't enough to have stoped me from buying a new one this year) is the length they loose after being put in a not too warm dryer. I do enjoy these nities.

I ordered the jade colored gown and it wwashed up real nicely. The color did not fade, but I did not dry it. Great for those cool nights.

Soft and comfortable! The fabric is light, but not see through. I bought three of these.
My only complaint is that the pretty ribbon in the front is flimsy and will wear out quickly.

I ordered a size larger because I knew they would shrink a little and I like my gowns roomy. I'm not crazy about knit gowns but these aren't bad. The lace edging softened with washing. Nice and comfy.

This night gown in very soft and comfortable. COMFORTABLE is a key word for me. That means the fabric is nice, it washes well and it doesn't choke me or feel tight in the arms. I'm going to purchase one for my daughter for Christmas!

This nightgown comes out of the wash and dryer in brand new condition. It is very comfortable to wear. So many of my other nightgowns are too tight around the wrists and tight around the neck. This nightgown is extremely comfortable.

The nightgown is soft and warm and fits well. I only wish you had the blue one, I would have preferred that. I'm tired of all nightgowns being light colored. I think they should be medium colored to look less like a nightgown.

The size is too big but I know if I would get a size smaller it won't fit right.I am kinda in between the two sizes. So I just put it in the drier, that shrinks it to a perfect size for me ,but I do love it.
