This is the third gown like this I have had in the last 3 years. I like them very much. The only negative statement is the gown does shrink in length even when washed in cold water and dried on low and for short time period. I am 5'6" and like them long and it is just right prior to laundering.

I have always loved these nightgowns. They fit well, wash and wear well and are so comfortable. The one "con" I have about them is that they could be longer. I am average height, 5'6" tall, and about 2 more inches on the nightgown would be perfect.

This gown is very soft and comfortable. Love it! The only major con is that it is thin and the pastel or light colors you can see through it! I wear mine nightly and have just purchased a second one. It's very pretty but the back piece where the neck is joined is made with very sheer tricot. I wish it would have been made out of the same fabric as the rest of the gown was. I'm not sure how long it will wear but I will find out.

I ordered a chocolate and a royal blue in 3X. They are floor length, pretty, and feminine. I've only tried on the chocolate one so far, and it's actually a tad too roomy. I think I might have been able to fit into a 2X, but I'm not sure.

Nightgown is very comfortable and cool. I haven't washed it yet, so don't know how it's going to hold up. The material is just a tad thin, but not enough to prevent me from buying the same nightgown in the future.

I really like this style.

This is a great product! I have this gown in several different colors, and I love them all. The fabric is soft and silky. You can't see through the material at all, but the gown is still very feminine and "sexy." This gown also washes beautifully, and the color of the gown never fades even after numerous washings. This product will last for years, and it stays just as pretty as when you first purchased it, no matter how many YEARS you wear it.

I wanted a flowing gown that wasnt clingy. This is it. I feel so comfortable in it and its so soft and light weight that I dont burn up sleeping in it. I dont get tangled up in it and it allows me to sleep freely and comfortably. The little roses and gathering at the top make it feminine.

This Nightgown is very pretty and comfortable. It washes like a dream and doesn't srink. The only drawback is it is somewhat thin and see thru. From the pictures it doesn't show that. It makes it great for warm weather though. This is a wonderful nightgown and I'm going to order more in other colors.

This gown is beautiful in style, fit and color but is not appropriate to wear when you have children or grandchildren in the house as you can see right through it. I would love to buy the same style that is not see though! The pictures in the catalog lead you to believe that it is not diaphanous. I don't know what the models wear underneath for the shots but this gown would be better shown in the Fredrick's of Hollywood catalog.

I Love the feel of the gown. It is comfortable to wear and has very pretty neckline detail. The only downfall is that it is very thin and you can see through it! This night gown is really pretty. The garment is really comfortable and flowy, but a litle too see-through to wear around anyone but my husband. I got the longest one as I am 6'0" and it doesn't reach the floor like it does on the model, but does reach mid-calf on me. I am broad shouldered for a woman, and I was worried about having enough room across the back shoulder blades, and this is great. Overall I am very pleased, Ijust wish it was a little less sheer, but I wll buy more, and probably the PJ sets that match it.

I enjoy these tricot, long gowns with the lace and flowers around the neck. I have almost all the colors now and they are so comfortable that they are the only night gowns I wear. Washing them makes them softer.

This last order was for the magenta and melon gowns. The magenta is beautiful, rich and bold in color. The melon, however, was a disappointment. The color was much lighter than the color swatch showed. Instead of the intense melon, (orange inside cantaloupe), color I expected, it was a very light melon. It is pretty, but not the color I expected. If it wasn't for the quality and softness of this item, I would have returned it. All other colors I've bought have been very close to the swatch colors.

I have ordered this gown before in navy, spearmint and magenta. The lighter the color you can see through it alittle, but not enough that it really is a problem for me. The gown is extremely comfortable and easy to sleep in and turn over in bed. I will definitely purchase this gown again. I love the newest one I purchased in magenta.

If you have a model's figure OK, if you have belly fat, not a good choice. It shows your stomach & hips quite clearly. When you stand sideways,this is not flattering at all if you are even a little overweight. My hubby said it looked liked something his mother wears. I also ordered the 2 pack short gowns & I felt like to had nothing on. Those gowns are plain, so it really shows my breasts & nipples clearly. This was not a good choice for me so I had to send them back.

I love the night gowns I bought. The only thing that would have been nicer, is if I could have gotten the discount on two of different colors. I just received my gown & totally love it. I was a little hesitant becuase of the sheerness of it, but I don't think it's that sheer. I don't mind showing the oultine of my breasts, and it seems very comfortable & well made. Don't discontinue these gowns, I will buy more for the summer.

I love everything about this gown except the fabric. I, like others, whose reviews I've read, don't like the fact it's see through. Older, fuller figure women want to look and feel feminine for their husband, but also want to conceal the "extra weight" in a flattering style. A denser fabric would do the trick. I hope Woman Within will listen and fix this.

I have been ordering these gowns for years and just stocked up on them again. They are so comfortable and just slide in the bed when you turn over. Love the bodice of the gown - just beautiful. Wish the material was a little bit thicker because it is definitely see through but if that's not a problem, then you will love them.

I own several of these gowns. When I went to replace some of them that I wore out, the material was not the same quality. It is sheerer and not acceptable because of this fact. They need to go back to the original fabric. I love the style...it looks nice on heavy people. But wish they would get the old fabric back.

This nightgown is very pretty but the neckline area is just too big - it feels like it is falling down which is not comfortable. All other areas fit great so really don't want to go down a size. Ordered the royal blue color and it is very pretty.

I sleep in these pretty nightgowns every night. The dark and jewel tone colors are beautiful...I wish there were more of them and less pastels. The design is good, stylish, classic and flattering. My only complaint is that I feel the material should be of a higher quality. These gowns make me feel comfortable and classy and as soon as you use higher quality material, I may never take them off!

Have purchased this gown before in a seafoam green. The new colors are outstanding: the red and the chocolate were my choices this time out.
No scratchy lace or seams, just the right weight for fabric, neither too heavy nor too sheer. Very pretty trim. They are my faves!

I had ordered one of these last year in lavender. I was so absolutely thrilled at the quality! The material was soft, and thick...(not too thick, but not see through) I found myself wearing it all year long, as it was warm enough for fall and winter nights, and cool enough for spring and summer. I just bought another one (blue) and it is the SAME design, but a DIFFERENT, cheaper material. Not as silky smooth, kind of ribbed, very lightweight, and see through. Lucky I got a dark colour or I wouldn't be able to wear it around my children. I am very disapointed.

I do love these nightgowns. They run a little large, so knowing this, I ordered a Large when I usually order a 1X. The blue is not exactly sky blue, perhaps not as bright or as light as sky blue, but it is still a nice color. I have four of these now (2 peach, blue, light blue-green) and I would like to always have them. I hope they will offer more colors in the future and deeper colors (deep jewel colors) for the fall/winter sometime. They are quite see-through, so I make sure I wear a robe. Otherwise, you can't go wrong with this one.

I love the material, the weight is great for summer weather. I don't care for the length. If I had wanted a short gown I would have ordered the waltz gown. I am short and it should touch the ground like the lounger does, but it doesn't even reach my ankles. I am looking for a long gown, and guess I will still be looking.

I have used these gowns for many years; they are like old friends to me and wear very well. However, this time I noticed a change in the quality of the fabric. It seems much thinner, very see-through, and not quite as soft. Also, they fade noticeably after the first washing. I am not comfortable walking around the house in them as I feel like I am on display, and that has not been an issue with me in the past with these gowns. As much as I like the style and comfort, I am not inclined to order these again, at their present quality. Disappointed.

Very comfortable. This time I purchased the classic navy and love that it offers decent coverage - the lighter colors could be a bit sheer. The generous sweep adds a feeling of glamour and the sleeve offers some coverage, but doesn't bind in any way. I have several and would definitely buy more.

I really like the style of the gown. The color and the full sweep. I wish it wasn't so thin. Practically see through material in my opinion. Also too expensive. Being a tall woman, i wish it were longer. I'm 5' 7" and would have liked another 4-6 inches of length on the gown. Otherwise, I like it.

This was even more beautiful than as depicted! I purchased three originally because I could not decide on a color. I am definitely going to buy more colors of the same gown. I originally bought this night gown sveral years ago because it was flattering and great for summer. After a period of time the lace did tear and I repaired it [gained weight]. I decided to get another one in a different color a size bigger because of the extra weight. Both gowns are very flattering and I wear them all the time. Getting the correct size is fine but not crucial. I still wear both and like having two of them in different colors.

I am very pleased with these gowns and look forward to buying more. I bought the spearmint and the peach. They are just a little more intense color than the "swatches" but they are the best way to estimate the color, as the pictures of the gowns are difficult to tell. The fabric has a shiny satin look which looks very luxurious. The lace is nice quality, matches and is not scratchy. I am small across my shoulders but "blessed" below, so I took previous customer's advice and bought one size smaller, and it fits perfectly and still full enough in the chest. If I had bought the size I am used to buying, it would be hanging off of my shoulders. Some customers said the tricot is too "see-through", but, it IS tricot, and although I will be wearing a robe and not lounging in it, I like this light-weight tricot. It breathes and doesn't feel like it is suffocating my skin like other tricot of smaller denier (which might be considered nicer quality). I like it better than other tricot nightgowns I have which were more expensive. It washed up like a dream and it did fine in the dryer. (I think any tricot lasts longer if I hang it up wet instead of putting it the dryer.) I don't sweat in it at night, it feels very cool which is nice for hot Utah summers. It is nicely made and feels light and wonderful...the only thing I'm missing is a Straus Waltz! I wish they came in deep burgundy, deep emerald, midnight blue, etc. and white. (Hint, hint WW!) I would wear them all year round, and use a big quilt in the winter. Wow, I would love to have one of each color!!!

I bought a wintergreen one for myself to save for a trip and haven't worn yet. But it was so well made and beautiful that I bought a skyblue one for a gift for Christmas. The blue one was even more exceptional that the green one!!! This type of material can be cool on warm nights and also warm on cool nights!!
