I think the product itself is a good buy. My complaint comes, not with the product, but with the lack of customer service. I have complained on a regular basis to King Size, as every single order I place is backordered by a month or more. In this case - as in every other time - customer service basically told me to stuff it or take my business elsewhere. When I actually get what I purchase, the quality is actually pretty good. It is simply dealing with people who could care less about you as a customer that consistently leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Previously I purchased a size 60/62 belt from kingsize and it was too big, had to have a neighbor put three holes in it, so this time I ordered a 56/58 belt and it is too small I can only use the first hole to fasten it.
