For everyday kinda jeans, I'm looking for no stretch, which is getting harder and harder to find, non-elastic waist, back pockets, comfortable fit when standing, walking, sitting, squatting, slouching, lounging. Not too close fitting to wear all weekend, not so loose fitting that they get droopy. These jeans meet all those criteria. My only complaint is that the denim is very lightweight. In fact, I had to return one pair after the first wearing, because the denim just shredded away from the pocket rivet. Replacement pair is standing up okay, but I would still like "real" denim.
