Placing an Order Online

Ordering is quick, easy and secure. Our online ordering system provides you with all the necessary links, prompts and messages to ensure order accuracy and to help you have an enjoyable shopping experience. Simply click one of our merchandise department links to view and select from our latest offerings (e.g., tops, bottoms, dresses, etc.).

Use our convenient dropdown menus to select size and color. Then click the "Add to Shopping Bag" button to flag the merchandise for your purchase. You'll be notified immediately if the flagged item is no longer available or temporarily backordered. You may select additional merchandise by moving backward and forward through the windows to select again from our merchandise departments. You may view the contents of your Shopping Bag anytime, by selecting the View Shopping Bag link at the top right of every page, to see a list of the merchandise you've selected, whether each item's in stock or on backorder, as well as your current total.

After viewing your Shopping Bag, you may continue shopping by using the "continue shopping" button or you may proceed to purchase the items in your Shopping Bag by using the checkout button. To check out, if you haven't yet registered with us, you must first do so by providing your first and last name, your billing and shipping addresses, your email address (which we use to send information to you regarding your order), and a personally created password. If you've already registered, your account profile information will be displayed and you'll have the option of modifying your billing and/or shipping addresses.

We accept the following credit cards for online purchases: The Redcats USA Family of Brands Credit Cards and Visa® Cards - including Chadwick’s®, Chadwick’s® Visa® Card, metrostyle™, Woman Within®, Avenue®, BrylaneHome®, BrylaneHome® Visa® Card, Jessica London®, Roaman’s®, La Redoute®, OneStopPlus.com™ and OneStopPlus.com™ Visa® card, KingSize® and KingSize® Visa® Card. We also accept VISA®, MasterCard®, Discover® Network, and the American Express® Card. Please note that we don’t accept cash, personal checks, or money orders for online purchases. We also don’t ship orders C.O.D. You can apply on line for a OneStopPlus.com™ Credit Card. Or apply on line for a OneStopPlus.com™ Visa® Card.

At the end of your checkout process, our system provides you with an online message notifying you that your order's being processed. You may print this message for your records. Subsequently, you'll receive an official order confirmation via the email address in your account profile.

Placing an Order by Phone, Fax or Mail

By Fax: you can fax your order to us toll-free at (800) 456-9838. To expedite your call, please be sure to write down the blue and yellow box numbers from your order form on the back page of your catalog, your item number, color, size and desired quantity prior to calling.

By Mail: if you wish to pay by check or money order, you must mail your order to us. Simply put your completed shopping bag and mail it with your check or money order to: Order a Catalog.

Placing an Order with a Merchandise Credit

If you'd like to place an order using a Merchandise Credit, simply enter the number of your Merchandise Credit in the coupon box at checkout. If the amount on the Merchandise credit doesn't cover your purchase(s), you'll be asked to provide an additional method of payment.

Please note: we are unable to accept Merchandise Credits as a method of payment for orders that contain merchandise from our Avenue® selection.

Purchasing Gift Certificates

OneStopPlus.com gift certificates as well as Woman Within® , Roaman's®, Jessica London® and KingSize® Gift Certificate,s can be used for online or catalog purchases. They're available in $5 increments ($5 minimum). Please go to the Gift Certificate page and complete the simple form to order either a Paper or e-Gift Certificate. Paper Gift Certificates are shipped via First Class Mail only and will arrive within 3 to 5 business days. An e-Gift Certificate is emailed to the recipient within 1 business day, if purchased before 3PM EST, and within 2 business days if purchased after 3PM EST. The purchaser's credit card will be charged the amount of the e-Gift Certificate at checkout.

Gift Certificates Terms & Conditions

  • Paper and e-Gift Certificates are for one-time use only and can't be redeemed for cash or used as payment on a Redcats USA credit card account.
  • Notification will be sent via email to the e-Gift Certificate purchaser.
  • To redeem your Paper or e-Gift Certificate, you must enter the certificate code in the coupon box at checkout. If the order amount exceeds the certificate amount, a credit card will be required to cover the remaining balance. If the order amount is less than the amount of the certificate, the customer will be issued a check for the remaining balance.
  • Paper and e-Gift Certificates expire two years from the purchase date.
  • We're sorry, but we can't ship merchandise internationally at this time.

Sending a Gift

For your convenience, we can include a gift invoice (which doesn't reveal the cost of the gift item) and/or personalized message and ship the gift directly to the recipient of your gift. The Price in My Shopping Bag Isn't the Lower Price

Check the offer carefully; sometimes only specific colors or sizes are offered at the reduced prices. If the item's offered at the reduced price, you can complete the checkout process and then Contact Us -- we'll be happy to issue a credit for the reduced price or send an explanation to you.

For Avenue® merchandise, one promotional price adjustment per item purchased within the past 14 days will be honored. Price adjustments are not applicable on clearance items or special promotions. Please email us at avenue.customer.service@avenue.com or by phone at (800) 441-1362, Monday-Friday, 9am - 9pm ET for assistance.

We don't ship international orders, we only ship to US possessions APO and FPO's.

The Bra Club

  • You simply purchase five (5) bras in the following Redcats USA brands: Woman Within®, Roaman’s®, OneStopPlus.com®, and Jessica London® (excluding avenue®) within a year of the first bra purchase (beginning 9/2/08) and you will receive a rewards coupon (voucher) valued up to $30 for a free bra on your next purchase. Clearance items are excluded.
  • Once you have purchased five (5) bras, the reward count will begin again on the date of your next bra purchase.
  • The rewards coupon is valid for one FREE bra (your choice) with a value up to $30. If the bra you choose is over $30, the balance will be billed to the credit card you provide at checkout. If your free bra is under $30 we cannot refund the difference.
  • The rewards coupon not valid after redemption. Each rewards coupon can only be used once.
  • Redemption of free bra cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
  • Your free bra does not qualify in the rewards count of five (5) bras.
  • The rewards coupon is transferable.
  • The rewards coupon will be sent to you (via email or 1st class mail) approximately thirty (30) days after qualifying order. The rewards coupon must be used by customer within sixty (60) days.
  • If you order the 5th and 6th bra on the same order, the 6th bra will not be free. Your free bra can only be redeemed with a coupon.
  • You are responsible for $1.99 shipping and handling charge for the free bra.
  • The coupon will not be honored if any of the 5 purchased bras are returned or cancelled.

If at any point the bra club is terminated, outstanding rewards coupons will be honored until their expiration. Bra club brands are subject to availability and may be limited or restricted by Redcats USA’s sole discretion. Rules are subject to change without notice. Club offer subject to applicable laws and regulations. Redcats USA reserves the right to terminate club membership at any time for any reason. Violation of or failure to observe Bra Club rules may result in customer liability. These Bra Club rules shall be governed by the State of Indiana without reference to its conflict of law principles.
