Comments about OneStopPlus Extra Wide Power-Operated Lift Recliner:

The seat area is nice and wide BUT not deep enough. The back does not support my neck without adding an airline pillow. And, the worst part is the foot support doen not raise up enough for your feet to be level with your knees. The chair is much nicer to look at than my old Power Recliner which was 12 years old and still working. If this chair is still working in 10 years I will be happy, happy!

Comments about OneStopPlus Extra Wide Power-Operated Lift Recliner:

I wanted to use the product to relax and sometimes sleep in it since I am disabled. I requested the Taupe colr and was sent the brown. Once I put it together I found out it doesn't recline all the way back. I have to push it further back to recline where I want it. The padding in the arms of the chair broke down and now there is very little padding to set my arms on now. I am extremely disappointed in the chair.

Comments about OneStopPlus Extra Wide Power-Operated Lift Recliner:

The product was easy to put together. Looks great, attractive. Not pleased with the size--not at all comfortable. Make a creaky noise when using remote. Does help me get up with better ease and was hoping it would be comfy enough to sleep in but it takes a lot of pressure to recline and the foot rest doesn't come up all the way. The lower back support is really nice but the head rest is takes my head back to far and I need to use a pillow. Not what I expected at all. Disappointed to say the least but have to have a lift chair.

This chair has taken a lot of stress off my knees so I can move around better, once I get up. I should have bought this chair a lot sooner and made my life a whole lot easier. Thank you so much for thinking of us that aren't as mobile anymore and lowering the price was definitely a much needed savings for us on a fixed income.

The chair is very attractive, but it came without a remote to operate the chair. This was purchased for my husband who is disabled and without the remote to operate the chair, it is basically useless. I have bought a lot of products from Brylane and am very disappointed with this item. All I want is the remote!!!!!!

Comments about OneStopPlus Extra Wide Power-Operated Lift Recliner:

Ordered the chair on 6/15, received it 6/18. The box was torn and in battered condition. Power remote was missing. I immediately called customer service the same day and they said they would get me a new replacement remote sent out. 4 days later I called to follow-up that it was sent because I purchased this chair for my disabled spouse. Not sent yet and the customer service person's reason was "It's Sunday and someone will call you tomorrow." As they did and told me that they were contacting the warehouse. 10 days later I called to follow-up again and was told they sent an email to the warehouse and hadn't heard anything yet and that they had tried calling us a few times to give us updates. My husband is DISABLED for pete's sake! He's home 24/7 and we DID NOT get any phone calls. We also have caller ID and an answering machine, NOTHING! So the lady said the last person annotating the file said it was unavailable at this time. I would not accept that answer and I kept "pushing the envelope" with her. She asked me to hold and then came back and said it was available and I would get it in 2-3 weeks! It only took 3 days to get the chair but now it's going to take me a total of 30 days to get the power remote!? If I'm lucky, that is!! I will NEVER order from this company again and NEVER recommend it to anyone! Can you tell I'm upset and dissatisfied?????

this bariatric lift chair didn't recline cause being that the screws all fell under the chair.it also made groaning and clicking sounds when we tried it. it wasn't caused by overweight. was designed for 400lbs.box was crushed and part way open and was the wrong color. we think we got someone elses return.
