I bought this for my sister who has cancer and is having to have chemo and go back and forth to the hospital a lot. When she gets home she is really tired and this has helped her not have to get up. On top of everything, my 8 year old niece, which is her granddaughter, got a check for her 8th birthday and she is really concentrating on whether or not she wants to buy one for herself!!!! She really liked that for her Granny....

I got this for my sister as a Christmas present and even tho we did not get it until a few days ago (it was on backorder) she has already gotten to use it. She has a very bad back so reaching down is painful & difficult for her. I have 2 of them myself and so I was pretty sure it would be a help to her.

I am 5'4 and can't reach some of by kitchen cabinets and can't see much past the first row of things. This has been great and empowering. I was even able to get things in the back of my freezer. Seems to grip things well and it is easy to use the handle. It is lightweight and would be helpful for people who can't bend or reach very far.

Reasonable price; Can pick up just about anything,as long as it isn't too heavy. I am always dropping things, and use my gopher to pick up stuff many times a day. I have a lot of back problems, so it really saves my back from having to bend a lot. Great for disabled and elderly.

For [$], mine lasted 10 years. It lasted through, dozens of grands and great grands playing with it. It helped me get top shelf items or items in the back of cabinets daily. It helped with reaching plugs behind furniture and picking up things under beds. I recommend you pick up one for anyone in your family with mobility or height issues. Or for yourself as we all aren't getting any younger, lol.
