I order the jeans all of the time so I thought I would try the capris. I did not like them. I will keep them because the shipping to send them back is just too much. You pay it to ship them in the first place then when they don't fit the same as the jeans that are supposedly made the same way, you have to pay to send them back too. It's ridiculous. I would never order these again.

I was surprised at the design of the crotch seam. It's not really rounded enough given that this is a women's size and not a junior size. This narrower crotch seam design leads to the mono-butt look, which might be all the rage among 14-year-olds, but I'm 47 and don't want to hide my curves. The butt tissue has to go somewhere, and it tends to go sideways when I first put the pants on on, before they've had a change to loosen up. Once they loosen up, the look gets better.

I was able to take in and lower the back waistband (realizing that not everyone is as hour-glassy as I am, I expected this), but was surprised at the quality of the construction once I ripped out a few seams and that the pants weren't as well-sewn as I thought they should be.

Also, be warned that the back pockets fall part-way onto the thigh (another trend that 14-year-olds like). On the darkest pair I bought, I was able to raise the pockets an inch to get them back onto my backside, although that wasn't possible with the garment-washed, lighter colored pair as the fabric under the pockets no longer matched the rest.

I'm also finding that the front-fly zipper is sticky and doesn't go up and down easily.

Altogether, these are a fine pair of transitional capris that I only expect to need for one summer, so their flaws are tolerable. By next summer, I plan to have to purchase smaller pants (I've already lost 65 lbs, with about 45 more to go). At that time, I'll be looking for higher quality.

Unfortunately i am between sizes (28-26) and i chose 26 since i have some 28's that stretch when i wear them and they get so baggy and loose. But for these i really needed the larger size. They are very tight and the zipper didn't nearly go up.
To be returned.
