Program Benefits
OSP Shopper's Club members are entitled to a flat shipping fee for $2.99 per destination on all eligible purchases. Prices apply to shipments in the continental U.S. and APO/FPO addresses with U.S. zip codes. Shipments to P.O. Boxes are excluded.

OSP Shopper's Club members can take advantage of special weekend and other shipping options for qualifying merchandise.

Restrictions
This program is not available for customers who purchase products for the purpose of resale.

Additional Charges
This program is for products sold on Onesstopplus.com. Additional charges may apply for the following items

• OneStopPlus.com Gift Cards
• Items regulated as hazardous materials
• Orders requesting expedited shipping
• Orders requiring special handling fees
• Oversize, heavy or other items with special shipping characteristics*

*Due to their size and shape, some products may not be available for standard Shipping.

We may exclude additional products in our discretion.

Conditions
You must have a OneStopPlus.com® account to register for and use the OSP Shopper's Club. We reserve the right to accept or refuse membership at our discretion. You may not transfer or assign your membership or these benefits. If only some items in your order are eligible for OSP Shopper's Club, you will pay applicable shipping charges for the ineligible items. Changing or combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preferences might affect your OSP Shopper's Club eligibility.

Fee
The annual membership fee for OSP Shopper's Club is $19.00. This fee is non-refundable except as expressed below. Taxes may apply on either or both of the membership fee and the reduced shipping charges for OSP Shopper's Club.

Refunds
If you cancel your OSP Shopper’s Club membership before making any eligible purchases on your account, we will refund the full membership fee. If you cancel your OSP Shopper's Club membership after making eligible purchases on your account, we will refund the membership fee less the savings generated by the membership compared to the regular S&H fees. If we terminate your membership, your refund, if any is described in "Termination By Us" below.

Agreement Changes
We may change these Terms & Conditions, or any aspect of OSP Shopper's Club membership, without advance notice to you in our sole discretion. However, any increase in the membership fee will not apply until the membership is renewed. YOUR CONTINUED MEMBERSHIP AFTER WE CHANGE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE CHANGES. IF YOUR DO NOT AGREE TO ANY CHANGES, YOU MUST CANCEL THE MEMBERSHIP.

Termination by Us
We may terminate the OSP Shopper's Club program or your membership at our discretion without notice to you. If we terminate the program or your membership, we will give you a partial refund based on the number of full months remaining in the membership, unless, in our sole discretion we terminated you for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Additional Terms
The terms and conditions applicable to purchases on OneStopPlus.com and the terms of use and privacy policy OneStopPlus.com apply to OSP Shopper's Club members except as specifically modified by these Terms & Conditions.
